What to Expect
As a new client of our practice, our service will be provided with courtesy and respect, our full attention is on your needs. When arriving for your appointment, you will be greeted with a smile by one of or front desk staff members. The staff member will weigh your pet and then escort you to an examination room as soon as it is readily available. Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, although there will be times where the unexpected can create delays. We assure you we will do our best to minimize your wait time to the best of our ability.
Once you are in the examination room you will meet one of our Veterinary Technicians that will speak with you about your pet’s history and gather some information for the doctor as well as run any preliminary diagnostics that can be started. The Veterinarian will come in next, examine your pet, answer any questions you have and plan further diagnostics or a treatment plan as needed. Typically, you will see the Technician again to wrap things up by going over any diagnostic results or medications being sent home…or to simply give a little bit of love to your pet before you leave.
Our front desk staff will handle any billing and/or scheduling for any further follow up’s.
