Sybil & Jack

Sybil and Jack – I sent a lot of pictures… mainly because I couldn’t decide on only one… but also it tells their story. I have had my St. Bernard, Sybil, for 2 years now. She turned two on February 22, 2005. She has been a lot of fun, but is very protective. She has to be right by my side and is very needy. I really wanted to get her a friend and hope that she would relax a little bit and hoped that she wouldn’t be as protective.

So, I got the Jack Russel Terrier, Reno, for my boyfriend….also, so Sybil would have a friend. Reno was born on September 10, 2006. I wasn’t sure how Sybil would welcome the new addition, but she was perfect. She loved Reno. She wasn’t sure what she was at first because Reno was about the size of Sybil’s paw. They played together 24/7 and when they weren’t playing the were sleeping by eachothers side. Now, Sybil and Reno are attached to each other and could not live without one another. I love both of my dogs and wouldn’t trade them in the world. They are VERY spoiled and happy.

Reno is beginning to fetch the frisbee and Sybil chases her for it. They both have a favorite toy, the knotted rope. Sybil loves to swim and play in the water and can’t wait to teach Reno this summer.
