Staff: Carissa

Veterinary Technician

Carissa is our newest technician and we are thrilled she has made the move from South Austin to Premier (she comes to us by way of Carlsbad, New Mexico and Midland, Texas). She has been working in the field for the past eight years.

Carissa and her husband Jim have two wonderful dogs. “Bucky” is a 4 ½ year old American Bulldog\ Boxer mix and a Hurricane Katrina survivor. “Kaia”, a one year old boxer, is the baby of the family. Carissa and Jim enjoy waterskiing, snow skiing, wakeboarding, hanging out with family and friends, and going to movies.
